Warranty Information

Wolverine Brass Limited Warranty

Wolverine Brass, a brand of Marcone Group, Inc., warrants that its products:

  • Conform to Wolverine Brass’s specifications at the time of manufacture; and

  • Are free from defects in material and workmanship

for the applicable warranty period, provided the fixture was purchased in the U.S. from an authorized seller, properly installed, maintained, and used under normal residential or commercial conditions.

Warranty Periods

  • For most fixtures, the warranty covers the cartridge and internal working parts for up to 100 years (commonly cited by distributors) for residential use.

  • The finish of the fixture is covered for a limited term — for example, a 25-year period for most finishes.

  • Some special finishes (such as oil-rubbed bronze or matte black) may have shorter finish warranty periods (e.g., 5 years) due to normal wear and exposure.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage or defects due to misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation or maintenance, exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents, or installations in non-typical conditions.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be excluded from warranty coverage.

  • Cosmetic changes, surface scratches, or normal wear that do not affect functionality.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe your Wolverine Brass product is defective under the terms of this warranty, please:

  1. Contact the seller (your plumbing professional or the retailer) with your proof of purchase (date, model number, installation date).

  2. Provide product information including model/serial number, finish, installation environment, and description of the issue.

  3. Wolverine Brass (or Marcone) will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. In the event that repair or replacement is not commercially practicable, they may refund the purchase price.

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to purchases for residential use (unless otherwise specified). Commercial uses may have different terms or transferability.

  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase by the original buyer.

  • The warranty is not transferrable by the original purchaser (for residential use) to a third-party buyer.
